The Robindel fitness program is all about full body wellness. We focus on building strength, coordination and confidence to benefit the whole body. Leading a healthy lifestyle is more than just exercising; We teach proper technique as we keep active, stretch and breath. Camp is a perfect place to practice staying hydrated and fueling your body with nutritious foods so you can be active all day long!

Robindel Fitness includes Zumba, yoga, mat pilates, step, cardio and sports conditioning. All campers have the opportunity to participate in the fitness program and many of our older girls choose to attend daily classes.

Our Sunday evening campfire looks like a flash mob as campers and counselors get up to dance to the music with moves from Zumba class!
